Personal Family Support PACKAGES
These packages outline the services provided. They will then be tailored to your child’s needs based on the information provided.
Help to enact recommendations made by professionals such as Paediatricians, Educational Psychologists, advisory services and schools
Support to create necessary resources and visual aids
Help to set up routine
Advice on how best to make adaptations or adjustments needed to support your child at home
Use of limited choice and language to support and facilitate positive behaviour at home
Cost: £45 per hour or £120 for 3 hour session
Support and advice on what evidence is needed and how to gather that evidence
Support to complete the parent/carer sections of the EHCP request form
Support with accessing information and support with the school side of the EHCP request
Help with submission of the paperwork and keeping track of the legal timelines
Cost: £150
Support to complete SEND paperwork including:
Strengths and difficulties questionnaires (SDQs)
Letters and support to help with referrals to medical professionals
Sensory questionnaires
Cost: £45 per hour
1 hour consultation about the type of tribunal and what outcome is expected
Advice on the evidence needed to support the case
Written report to use while attending the tribunal
Cost: £150
1 hour consultation about the type of tribunal and what outcome is expected
Advice on the evidence needed to support the case
Written advice prior to the tribunal
Attendance at the tribunal as a SEN expert
Cost: £300 (this is priced for a 3 hour tribunal)
Attendance for 1 hour at a mediation session or meeting at your child’s setting
1 hour phone/video call prior to the meeting to gather information and prepare questions
Review of documents relating to the child prior to the meeting
30 minute debriefing session following the meeting
Cost: £150
1 hour phone call or online meeting with SEN expert to discuss your child
Follow up e-mail with points discussed, signposting and any recommendations made
Cost: £60
2 hour online meeting to discuss concerns and difficulties
Written letter, detailing these issues and how they impact daily life to take to your GP so a referral can be made
30 minute follow up consultation after visiting the GP
Cost: £150
Note: Meetings are online, but happy for face to face subject to distance and travel costs reimbursed
